Minuteman Press WNY provides printing, copying, design, signage, promotional products, and marketing services to businesses and individuals throughout Western New York, with locations in Amherst and Buffalo, NY. By placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Quotes and Orders

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary based on changes to specifications, quantities, materials, or turnaround time. Orders are not confirmed, and production will not begin, until payment terms have been met and all necessary artwork and approvals are complete.

Proofs and Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, color, and content, before granting approval. We are not responsible for errors that are not caught during the proofing process. Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for errors contained in that approved proof, and any reprints needed due to such errors may be subject to additional charges.
